The Full-Body Light Dumbbell Workout builds strength and tone through light-weight exercises, offering safe, progressive movements suitable for all fitness levels.

課程須知:據個人運動習慣自備兩個小重量啞鈴。2月15總統日長週末停課
Note: Please bring two light dumbbells based on your exercise preference.  no class on 2/15
