Tai Chi is a traditional practice that integrates martial arts, qigong, and wellness philosophy, emphasizing softness overcoming hardness and the harmony of movement and stillness. The course covers basic stances, hand forms, footwork, and routines, coordinated with breathing and mindful awareness. Students develop strength, balance, flexibility, and stress relief while enhancing circulation and immunity. Regular practice fosters focus, stability, and inner peace.
