踢踏舞課程以鞋底金屬片敲擊地板的聲音為特色，透過腳步與節奏變化，讓舞蹈同時成為音樂。課程內容涵蓋基本步伐、節拍組合、身體律動與表演技巧，並強調全身參與、力量與舒緩的結合。學員在舞蹈中能訓練節奏感、提升體能，並在舞步創作與表演中建立自信，享受舞蹈的藝術樂趣與表達自由。
