心素食儀課程由慈濟社會教育推廣中心開設,結合素食文化、餐桌禮儀與慈濟人文精神,帶領學員在享用素食的同時,體驗飲食中的尊重與感恩。課程內容包括素食營養搭配、用餐禮儀、環保餐具應用、餐桌擺設,以及將慈悲與關懷融入日常用餐。透過課程,學員不僅能養成健康的飲食習慣,還能將惜福愛物的觀念落實於家庭與社會。

Offered by the Tzu Chi Continuing Education Center, the Heartful Vegetarian Etiquette course integrates vegetarian culture, table manners, and Tzu Chi’s humanistic values. Students will learn about vegetarian nutrition, dining etiquette, eco-friendly tableware, and table setting, while infusing compassion and care into daily meals. The program promotes not only healthy eating habits but also the practice of gratitude and mindful living at home and in the community.
What to Bring: You may bring your own food container. Cooking tools and ingredients will be provided in class.
