The Zen Dance course centers on the balance of stillness and movement. Through breathing exercises, guided meditation, and free-form dance, students release stress and relax the body while embracing mindfulness. Each gesture becomes an extension of meditation, fostering emotional relief, awareness, and inner calm. Zen Dance is ideal for those seeking to integrate art and movement as a way to nurture body, mind, and spirit.
