The Food Safety Certification Class covers essential topics such as proper food storage, prevention of cross-contamination, safe cooking and holding temperatures, personal hygiene, and workplace sanitation. Students receive full guidance to complete and pass the official Food Hand exam, ensuring they can obtain valid certification for food service compliance. This course is ideal for food service employees, volunteers, or those entering the industry.
