英文簡介:
This class has been adjusted from a high-energy Zumba-style fitness class to a gentle stretching and light exercise class. The class will focus on simple stretches, light movements, joint mobility, and relaxation exercises to help improve flexibility, promote circulation, relax the body and mind, and maintain daily mobility. Movements are easy to follow and suitable for participants who prefer a gentler form of exercise.
